We are in-network with ASH (American Specialty Health) for acupuncture services for eligible plans.
What this means
• ASH manages acupuncture benefits for many commercial health plans.
• Coverage and visit limits vary by insurance plan.
Before your first visit, we will verify
• Eligibility and acupuncture benefits under your plan
• Number of visits authorized / remaining visits
• Copay, coinsurance, and deductible requirements
• Whether prior authorization is required
Payment & billing
• Any copay/coinsurance/deductible is due at the time of service.
• If a claim is denied or services are not covered, the patient is responsible for the balance.

Benefits verification is an estimate and not a guarantee of payment. Final determination is made by your insurance carrier/ASH after claims are processed.
